Thank you for joining us for our 2026 New Horizons Supply Cooperative Annual Meeting

February 11, 2026

Jason Cullen, CEO

On Wednesday, February 11th New Horizons Supply Cooperative hosted their Annual Meeting at the Lancaster Youth and Ag building. Our Patrons enjoyed a delicious meal prepared by Prem Meats and served by New Horizons Convenience Store employees. We had a wonderful turnout, and it was a beautiful sunny day! After the meal we had a business meeting to discuss Fiscal Year 2024-2025 financials.

New Horizons had another great year! Thank you for attributing to our success!

Financial Review

Jason Cullen addressed the crowd and shared current news about our Cooperative. Our Cooperative is very strong and has made smart business decisions to improve efficiencies and reduce costs. We have invested in our employees and assets. We have also worked to expand our infrastructure by adding equipment such as trucks and service equipment. We invested in the Dodgeville community by giving them a much-needed store remodel.

Dylan Stangl, Associate at Clifton Larson Allen LLP

This year New Horizons partnered with associate Dylan Stangl at the accounting firm Clifton Larson Allen LLP to review our 2024-2025 financials. The Cooperative had $59.2M in sales with Gross Margin of $13.1M. Sales were down from the previous Fiscal Year and our Gross Margin was up $211K due to Cost of Sales being reduced by $5M. Net income was $2.1M. It was a very successful year for New Horizons. Total assets equaled $44.4M.

Patronage

We were able to pay $1.0M in patronage dividends for customers who spent $750 or more in FY 2025. Our members received a 100% payout in December of 2025. In the Spring of 2026, the cooperative will spend an additional $600,000 to pay back equity earned during the year 2013. Our Cooperative is proud that we can pass our successes on to our members.

Director Elections

We had 2 directors who came up for re-election, and they were both elected to 3-year terms. Congratulations to Darin Wills and Jason Sparrgrove. Dennis Bell has retired, which opened a director spot for his seat. Bart Mitchell was nominated and voted in to replace Dennis. Congratulations Bart!
